Payment of Wages Act 1991 (as amended)

In compliance with Section 4E of the Payment of Wages Act 1991 (inserted by the Payment of Wages (Tips and Gratuities) Act 2022), Harmony Beauty Clinic sets out below its clear policy regarding tips, gratuities, and service charges.

1. Electronic Tips & Gratuities

Harmony Beauty Clinic does not process, accept, or hold electronic tips, gratuities, or service charges through card payment terminals, online booking platforms, or mobile apps. All payments made via card are strictly for services rendered and goods purchased.

2. Cash Tips & Gratuities

Any cash tips or gratuities given voluntarily by customers are entirely at the customer's discretion and go 100% directly to the individual staff member who attended them. The business does not retain any share, percentage, or administration fee from tips or gratuities.

3. Service Charges

We do not add any mandatory service charges or discretionary staff charges to customer bills or invoices.

This notice is displayed prominently at the premises in accordance with Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) regulations.
